Exchange of Products Policy

Heritage Oils will exchange your purchase if you receive the incorrect product or if you desire to change your choice of product. Return the product/s in the original packaging. If the price differs you pay the difference, or if you are owed money, Heritage Oils will include a sample of another product to the relevant value.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If a product has been damaged during delivery or is faulty, notify Heritage Oils within 3 days of receipt of product at: admin@heritage-oils.com. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced free of charge or a full refund will be delivered.
