A stimulating blend of bright pure citrus oils Mandarin, Lime, Lemon and Grapefruit, and invigorating Rosemary essential oil, Pick Me Up blend may be the refreshing kick start you need to your busy morning. Use a few drops in the corner of your shower, and let the steam bring an invigorating element to your morning routine. Formally known as Pick Me Up Heart Starter Blend.

Application

Banksia Pod – Add up to 10 drops into or onto your Banksia Pod diffuser., Diffuser – Add 3-4 drops to your diffuser – avoid diffusing over long periods., Room Spray – combine up to 15 drops into 100ml bottle with spray top and top with distilled water. Always shake well before spraying.

* denotes photosensitive essential oil.. This blend contains certain citrus essential oils (such as Lime and Lemon) which may cause a photosensitive reaction in sunlight if worn topically.
Please do not wear this blend in direct sunlight.
Avoid direct sunlight on areas applied for 12-24 hours afterwards.
Not for use with babies or young children.
Always dilute if using topically.
Avoid the eye and other sensitive skin areas.
Not to be taken.
