Safety Notes | Due to Lemon Ironbark’s Citral content, this essential oil is a possible skin and mucous membrane irritant and sensitiser. Always dilute to low dilution rate (max 3.4%) if using topically, dilute even further (down to 0.5-1%) with sensitive skin. Oxidised oil may cause irritation or sensitisation, avoid using old oil. Avoid use on babies, young children and during pregnancy. Not to be taken. Keep out of reach of children. If you are breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before using. Maximum dermal rate 3.4% for an adult with healthy skin. |
