Aromagolic –
I do not really like the smell of anise, but this oil from Heritage is much nicer in aroma. The smell is intense, in high concentrations it can be intrusive. But when diluted correctly, it is very subtle and refined, it goes well with many essential oils.
I use this oil to massage for digestive problems and inhalation for colds and coughs. Also, the diffusion of anise myrtle oil helps to purify the indoor air and has an antibacterial effect.
I love the combination of anise myrtle, lemon myrtle and citrus oils.
