DIY Pulse Point

Pulse Points are a fast, fun and easy way to create your own topical essential oil blends for a multitude of purposes such as stress, sleep, tummy troubles, emotional support or natural perfume. Pulse Points, also known as a roll-on, are easy to apply as little or as much as is needed to the skin and are small and durable enough to take them with you everywhere in your bag or backpack. All you need is the Pulse Point Bottle, your chosen essential oils, a carrier oil and your imagination!

 

What you need:
10ml Pulse Point Bottle
5 drops Essential Oils (see below for combination ideas)
10ml Carrier Oil (Jojoa or Fractionated Coconut Oil are great choices here)


Essential Oil Combinations:
Motivated | add a little zoom to your day of getting things done! | 2.5% dilution

1 drop Rosemary Essential Oil + 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil + 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil + 1 drop Clary Sage Essential Oil

Belly Tamer | a soothing and calming belly blend | 5% dilution
2 drops Coriander Essential Oil + 2 drops Ginger Essential Oil + 4 drops Valencia Orange Essential Oil + 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

 

Instructions:
Combine the essential oils in the Pulse Point Bottle and top with Carrier Oil. Secure roller top insert on and cap. Gently turn the bottle upside down and back again to combine the essential oils and carrier. Apply to where needed most, or for those blends that are simply for the aroma apply to wrists, check neck and behind ears. Avoid sensitive areas such as eyes, inner ears and other delicate mucus membranes.

 

Other Information:
– both these Essential Oil combinations are suitable for adults at a 2.5-5.0% dilution.
– patch testing before use.
