There are always days when we need a clear head, whether it be to blow away the cobwebs or clear congestion, and aromatherapy inhalers are an easy, discrete and versatile way to bring aromatherapy into your everyday life.
What you’ll need:
1 nasal inhaler
1 pair of tweezers or small tongs
2 drops Honey Myrtle Essential Oil
3 drops Tasmanian Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Disassemble the nasal inhaler and place the inhaler wick into a small bowl and slowly drip the essential oils directly onto the inhaler wick. Using a pair of tweezers or small tongs (to avoid getting undiluted essential oils on your fingers), pick up the wick and place it into the inhaler tube. Push the base cap on, label the outer cover of the inhaler and you are ready to go! To use, simply unscrew the cover, place the inhaler gently underneath your nostril and inhale.
- Nasal inhalers can last between 3 to 6 months depending on usage.
- This blend is not recommended for children.
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in a cool dark place
